Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Holland, MI is seeking a Snow Shovel Driver for our on-call winter crew. You will drive a box truck to job sites and perform shovel crew duties, with paid training and flexible, part-time seasonal hours.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($24–$25), a drug-free workplace, and opportunities for on-site safety training. Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and a valid chauffeur's license or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
