DJ's Landscape Management in Romulus, MI seeks a Seasonal Snow Plow Truck Driver to clear snow for commercial parking lots during the winter season.

You will drive plow trucks, monitor weather, and ensure safety and quality. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license (MDOT), with company assistance to obtain one, and complete training.

This part-time, seasonal role offers weekly pay, base pay $26-$28/hour, paid training at $18/hour, and referral incentives.

• Valid Chauffeur's License; MDOT permit assistance provided by company.
• Smart Phone and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive snow plow trucks to clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots.
• Monitor weather conditions and road surfaces to respond effectively and timely.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain strong communication with team and supervision, reporting hours and activities promptly.
• Complete all training, onboarding, and route learning for winter operations.

Duration

• Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.
• Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
• Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner
