Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Snow Specialist to support Branch Teams in snow and ice management, partnering with managers to meet profit goals while improving market share.

The role includes service partner engagement, contract administration, estimates, safety training, and production planning, focusing on coordinating subcontractors, pricing, and timely documentation across field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in the snow and ice management arena.
• Proficient in Excel and cost estimation.
• Ability to drive all company vehicles.
• Strong communication and coordination with multiple remote resources and teams.
• Experience with contract administration and pricing exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage service partners; onboarding and compliance.
• Support new opportunities, renewals, and proposals; assist estimators with data.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure CRM accuracy and contracts uploaded.
• Assist in subcontractor pricing reviews/negotiations and documentation.
• Participate in safety training and production planning; manage start-up processes.
• Oversee equipment/inventory management and post-storm activities.
