Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Snow Specialist to support Branch Teams in Snow and Ice Management, including service partner engagement, estimate support, renewal planning, and contract administration.

The role requires coordinating with branch leaders to meet profit goals while improving market share and coordinating safety/training, production planning, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year business-related degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in snow and ice management.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Estimating and job costing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Teams in Snow and Ice Management across service partner engagement and contract administration.
• Assist in renewal planning, data collection for estimates, and CRM accuracy.
