Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Snow Specialist to support branch teams in snow and ice management, from service partner engagement to contract administration, safety and production planning. The role involves coordinating with Account Managers, estimators, and DOSO/RSM/REM, overseeing onboarding, pricing, and compliance, and ensuring timely CRM updates and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year business-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in the snow and ice management arena.
• Able to drive all company vehicles.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Estimating, and job costing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage service partners; manage onboarding and compliance.
• Support in new opportunities, renewal targets, and contract creation.
• Ensure contract pricing aligns in CRM and manage contract collections.
• Assist in subcontractor pricing and documentation.
• Participate in snow safety training and production planning.
• Coordinate with branches for start-up, equipment prep and inventory management.
• Support in in-storm and post-storm activities and billing.
