• Execute precise snow plowing and salt application on commercial properties as directed by site management.
• Ensure the longevity and reliability of machinery by performing routine equipment inspections and reporting maintenance needs immediately.
• Maintain accurate daily fuel logs and ensure equipment cabs remain organized and free of debris after every shift.
• Proactively communicate site conditions, fuel levels, and any safety incidents to the field foreman to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform manual snow removal or salting tasks as required to maintain high safety standards across all assigned locations.
• Participate in mandatory pre-job safety briefings to ensure all team members are aligned on protocols and site-specific requirements.

Qualifications
