Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in snow and ice, landscape, or related field.
• Ability to lead and train a small field crew.
• Valid driver’s license; DOT qualification where required.
• Ability to read site maps and work tickets, route plans and safety information.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and company systems for timekeeping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead sidewalk clearing, deicing, and related tasks per site plan.
• Monitor safety, pace, and quality; adjust activities as needed.
• Coach crew members and report concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete time entries, tickets, notes, quantities, and quality documentation.
• Serve as onsite contact for routine production matters and communications.
