Job summary

Prescription Landscape is seeking a Snow and Ice Crew Member to clear sidewalks, entrances, and walkways according to the site plan and Crew Lead directions. You will apply deicing materials and help restore safe access during winter events.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work outdoors in challenging winter conditions. Training is provided for equipment operation, safety procedures, and documenting time and service information.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow site maps, work tickets, and route plans.
• Dependable attendance and ability to respond to events promptly.
• Clear communication and teamwork in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Shovel, scrape, sweep, and clear pedestrian areas to the required width.
• Apply approved deicing materials at directed rates and locations.
• Operate snow removal equipment after training and authorization.
• Complete detail and cleanup around entrances, ramps, and other priority points.
• Record time and service information; communicate obstacles promptly.
