Aramark is seeking a Snow Groomer for Zephyr Cove Resort to responsibly groom and maintain snow trails. The role requires Sno-cat operation experience or strong vehicle/mechanical background, plus relevant safety certifications. Applicants should be 21+, pass drug tests, and complete a defensive driving course before operating company vehicles. Lifting and standing are part of the role in a winter environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ Sno-cat operating experience or equivalent mechanical background.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and participate in random testing.
• Defensive Driving Course required prior to driving a company vehicle.
• Experience operating snowcat in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete a daily vehicle inspection form before and after route.
• Maintain safe, accessible trail system and report concerns.
• Keep equipment clean and report conditions to staff.
• Ensure safety equipment used and seat belt worn at all times.
• Operate safely in all conditions and follow best practices.
• Identify maintenance and safety issues and report malfunctions.
• May perform basic maintenance on service trucks and related equipment.
• Attend department and safety meetings and share efficiency ideas.
