Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch - Master Client is seeking a Snow Cat Operator to maintain premier ski surfaces and ensure safety. Responsibilities include dozing, grooming, and operating snow cats in varied weather conditions, with strict adherence to grooming plans and maintenance reporting.

The role requires 0–3 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with mountain operations and other departments.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in Snow Cat Operations; snowmaking or grooming experience preferred.
• A eye for detail and a commitment to learning and improving skills.
• Strong communication and safety-conscious attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Doze, pack, and grade trails, base area, and lift ramps.
• Skid, and doze ski runs and snow surfaces; operate snow cat under supervision.
• Adhere to grooming plans and safety guidelines; perform pre/post shift inspections.
• Document and report issues to vehicle maintenance; keep vehicle clean.
• Work nights in all weather conditions and participate in meetings as required.
