Job summary

Mountain-Capital-Partners at Snowbowl is seeking a Groomer to operate heavy trail grooming equipment at night, preparing ski trails for guests and maintaining a safe mountain environment.

The role requires intermediate skiing ability, physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, night work in cold conditions, good judgment and teamwork, and a valid US driver’s license; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of equipment operation.
• Must be an intermediate skier.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work night shift.
• Must be able to work outside in adverse weather conditions on uneven terrain.
• Valid US driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Works well with others and communicates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy trail grooming equipment at night to prepare ski trails for the skiing public.
• Perform quality grooming without damaging Snowbowl property and infrastructure.
• Groom in a manner respectful of forest and environment.
