Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, is seeking a Snow Crew Supervisor to lead daily operations for snow production and to oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. You will supervise all Snow Makers, assist with pre-season setup and post-season teardown, and maintain safety and service standards.

The role requires handling extreme weather, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.
• Supervise all Snow Makers.

• Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas.

What you will be doing

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prior supervisor experience required
• Work in fast-paced environment with some moving and lifting
• Great customer service and communication skills required
• Safety minded; Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift
