The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a part-time Ski Instructor Associate Seasonal to lead lessons and ensure guest safety on the slopes. Join a prestigious AAA Four Diamond resort known for its guest experience and family-friendly environment.

You will work with PSIA/AASI staff, advancing your instructor qualifications while delivering high-quality coaching. Expect a dynamic, outdoor winter role with opportunities to grow within Marcus properties.

What you will be doing:

• Lead ski or snowboard lessons for students of all ages.
• Ensure safety of guests and associates at all times
• Perform a variety of tasks around the Snowsports Center
• You will also have access to training and coaching opportunities with PSIA/AASI Education Staff while working towards instructor certification.
• Attend training with PSIA Education Staff and certified instructors while on duty to continue your education and improve your skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Prior coaching experience or position working with children preferred
• Previous coaching experience is helpful
• Great customer service and communication skills required
• Safety minded; Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required
• Intermediate level skier or snowboarder
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays
