Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a Junior Ski or Snowboard Instructor to support our Snowsports Center. You will assist the class instructor and students during beginner and intermediate lessons, helping ensure a fun and safe learning environment for young guests.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training with PSIA Education Staff, opportunities to grow into a lead instructor, and a chance to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts in all weather.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training accepted.
• Beginner-level skier or snowboarder required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; positive attitude.
• Safety-minded, able to take direction well, and comfortable working with the public, including children.

What you will be doing:

• Willingness to assist with various duties around the chalet

• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions and lift 50 lbs.
