Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI seeks a Snow Crew Supervisor to lead snow production, manage staffing, scheduling, and performance. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and high-quality snow operations across the winter season.

You will supervise snow makers, assist in pre-season setup and post-season tear-down, and contribute to a top-tier guest experience at a renowned AAA Four Diamond resort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Prior supervisor experience required.
• Work in fast-paced environment with some moving and lifting.
• Great customer service and communication skills required.
• Safety minded; Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.
• Supervise all Snow Makers.
• Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down.
• Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation.
• Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
