Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa seeks a Snow Groomer to maintain snowmaking and grooming equipment and assist with lift operations at the resort in Lake Geneva. You will contribute to a premier winter experience by ensuring reliable snowmaking and smooth groomed runs.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, experience with heavy equipment and diesel engines, and a flexible schedule that may include 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to operate and maintain snowmaking and grooming equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Heavy equipment and diesel experience preferred; grooming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain snowmaking equipment and assist in pre-season setup and post-season teardown.
• Operate snowmaking and lift equipment as needed.
• Be willing to help with a variety of duties around the chalet.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Snow Groomer at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the repair of snowmaking equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowsports area lifts, water pumps, and air compressors as well as snowmaking and grooming.

What will you be doing?

• Maintenance of snowmaking equipment
• Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear down
• Snow making, Lift operation
