Job summary

AristaCare At Whiting is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role directs SLP services, conducts screenings, evaluations, and develops treatment plans in accordance with CMS expectations and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services to SNF residents per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill SLP services in NetHealth EMR as required.
• Evaluate residents to plan treatment and set goals.
• Develop and communicate treatment plans and progress to families and team.
• Screen residents regularly to determine need for intervention.
