Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Language Pathologist services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill SLP services per procedures.
• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans and goals.
• Conduct screening and evaluate residents for intervention needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and plans to residents and family members.
