Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in the state of practice.
• Active license required for practice.
• Maintain continuing education to keep licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Language Pathologist services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill services in NetHealth EMR per CMS expectations.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to residents, families, and the care team.
