Job summary

Telos Health Systems in Memphis, TN, seeks an MD/DO physician to serve as on-site primary care provider and Medical Director for skilled nursing facilities. The role includes CMD training funded by Telos and a fixed Medical Director stipend, with strong NP/PA support and after-hours telehealth coverage.

The position offers uncapped RVU-based compensation with predictable volume and potential to earn up to $350,000/year, plus a $20,000 sign-on/retention bonus.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certification in IM, FM, Geriatrics or EM.
• Active Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA registration active.
• Interest in post-acute care and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site primary care to skilled nursing facility residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Supervise and support NP/PA clinicians.
• Participate in structured after-hours telehealth coverage.
