Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Office Manager in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, private-pay billing.
• Strong AR and collections experience, detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections and cash posting.
• Coordinate Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and private-pay billing.
• Review resident accounts, follow up on delinquent balances.
• Assist with Medicaid applications, eligibility and recertifications.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain office records.
