Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of the SNAP unit and staff performance.
• Coach and develop staff; provide feedback and guidance.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits with high customer service.
• Oversee service delivery in the office queues and front-desk operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations for unit staff.
• Communicate Department policies and initiatives effectively to staff.
• Assist in managing the waiting room, phone, and in-person queues.
• Complete supervisory administrative responsibilities accurately and timely.
• Model expected behaviors and provide direct client services when needed.
