Qualifications

• At least three years of full‑time or equivalent part‑time experience in counseling or therapeutic services for individuals with developmental disabilities or chronic mental illness.
• One year in a supervisory capacity is required.
• Substitution rules allow degrees in lieu of some non‑supervisory experience, with no substitution for supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and supervise administrative and clinical operations of homes and residential program development.
• Supervise and evaluate support staff; participate in hiring/promotions to maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure a safe home by supervising day‑to‑day resident interactions and activities.
• Assess residents' needs and resources to develop community living skills and therapeutic programs.
• Participate in ISP implementation and maintain data collection and records.
