Job summary

The Hunger Solutions Institute at Auburn University in Alabama is seeking an Outreach Programs Administrator to support SNAP incentive programs and lead development, delivery, and evaluation of training and technical assistance across HSI programs. This role will coordinate retailer relations, manage program records, and ensure effective communications with funders and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree required; no specific discipline.
• 2+ years in administering educational/outreach programs or coordinating events.
• 4+ years in administering educational/outreach programs or coordinating events (Level III).
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day operations of SNAP incentive programs and coordinate retailer contacts.
• Lead development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training and technical assistance.
• Support data collection, management, and reporting for program evaluation and funders.
• Assist with communications and outreach to partners and stakeholders.
