Job summary

Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking an Employment & Training Program Analyst to join the E&T unit, overseeing SNAP E&T programs such as STEP and ABAWD. This role involves analytical evaluation, policy development, and interagency collaboration to promote self-sufficiency.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a hybrid work model (in-office and remote options), and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience or 7 years of equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of professional evaluative, analytical and planning work, or seven years of related experience.
• Experience analyzing data, reports and budgets to support program operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, analysis and implementation of SNAP E&T programs and services.
• Coordinate and develop E&T service components for families living in poverty.
• Develop plans, procedures and materials to meet requirements and department values.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and advise executive staff.
• Provide project management and legislative analyses; coach local staff and partners.
