Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking part-time Retail Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll visit stores, follow DSD merchandising principles, capture photos, and help create inviting snack aisles with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Comfort with mobile tools to schedule visits and capture photos.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Provide outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute merchandising principles, capture display photos, and support promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to ensure visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce.
• Stay physically active lifting and moving products as required.
