Mondelez International is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. You’ll visit stores, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with store teams to ensure an inviting snack aisle.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical stamina for lifting up to 25 lbs, and the ability to work Sundays and Tuesdays with Saturday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or grocery environment.
• Able to work a part-time, schedule-driven role.
• Comfort with driving to multiple store locations.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and move stock.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant given the physical aspects of the role.
