Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking part-time Retail Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved snack brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with a flexible schedule and have hands-on impact in-store.

You will represent the company professionally, deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers, and execute merchandising plans across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or you can earn your GED while gaining the skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Positive, professional attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and moving product; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs
• Live within 25-35 miles of Lancaster, PA; secondary location Elizabethtown & Quarryville
• Schedule availability: Mon, Tue, Wed & Sat

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce
• Stay safe and compliant; handle lifting and physical tasks as required
