Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are in stock while using Salesforce to place orders.

Role requires driving to various locations, independent work, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Competitive benefits and 401k offered.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Shelbyville, IN.
• Open availability including 1 weekend day and start time 06:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Move products physically from stock rooms to store floors and shelves.
