Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are in stock while building relationships with store teams.

You will visit assigned retailers, order product via iPad using Salesforce, execute RTM plans, and support promotions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Sacramento, CA; secondary locations Antelope, Citrus Heights, Carmichael.
• Schedule availability required: Open availability including weekends and holidays; start time 6 am-8am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role.
