Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock and properly presented.

You will visit multiple stores, capture display photos, and use Salesforce on an iPad to place orders, following RTM plans while maintaining excellent relationships with store teams and shoppers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a retail setting.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifts over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving product.
