Mondelēz International is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll visit stores, follow DSD principles, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across assigned locations.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The role offers a 19.94–21.94 USD hourly rate with mileage reimbursement and career growth

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Farmington, ME
• Secondary Location: Skowhegan
• Schedule availability required: varies weekly

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute: store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI)
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelves: rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager’s (RTM’s) negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales: new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant: lifting, bending, and moving products through a snack-powered hustle
