Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking part-time Merchandisers to stock, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work in-store, directly engaging with store teams and shoppers to create an inviting snack aisle experience.

Responsibilities include following DSD merchandising principles, capturing display photos, rotating products, and implementing promotional displays while communicating

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or GED can be earned while training.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting and moving up to 25 lbs, with occasional 50+ lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Biddeford, ME; secondary location Sanford, ME.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan adherence with RTMs.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTMs for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTMs and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Maintain safety by handling products in a physically active environment.
