Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll visit multiple stores, follow merchandising principles, and help create an inviting snack aisle experience for shoppers.

The role requires physical activity, independent work, and strong communication with store teams and RTMs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Able to work independently with a positive and professional attitude.
• Willing to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility and execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans and schedules.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
