Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches with a flexible schedule. You’ll visit assigned stores, ensure products are well represented, and maintain brand standards for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will work closely with your Retail Territory Manager to execute displays, capture photos, and build relationships with store staff. Prior retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, US passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Must perform physical tasks: lift/carry up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Chesapeake, VA; secondary Suffolk, VA area.
• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering strong service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe and Compliant, assist with lifting and moving products.
