Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and energy.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering strong customer service.
• Execute merchandising plans, capture display photos, and follow DSD principles.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to ensure visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Work with RTMs on daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Share store-level insights via Salesforce and stay compliant with safety standards.
