Temecula Creek Inn seeks a full-time Snack Bar Supervisor to oversee daily snack bar and beverage cart operations, ensuring prompt, courteous guest service. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage opening/closing procedures, and monitor inventory and payroll to prevent waste.

The role requires a high school diploma, English fluency, at least one year in the food industry with some supervisory experience, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; English fluency required.
• Minimum one year experience in food industry; fast food experience preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred; familiar with OSHA, SB198, local health dept regulations and hazardous substances laws.
