Job summary

Temecula Creek Inn is seeking a part-time team member to prepare and serve food and beverages in the snack bar, beverage cart, and Caddie's Cantina. You will respond to guest requests, open/close the snack bar, take orders, and ensure timely, courteous service.

The role requires fast food experience, strong English communication, and a focus on safety and cleanliness. Hotel experience is a plus; stands and mobility are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English fluency required.
• Experience in food industry, with emphasis on fast food experience; hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to guest needs in a timely, professional manner.
• Open and close snack bar per procedures.
• Take orders, prepare food and beverages, bussing tables; provide prompt, gracious service.
• Handle transactions per procedures.
• Maintain adequate stock of food, beverages and supplies.
• Meet health and safety standards in all tasks.
• Follow department policies and safety rules; report hazards.
• Attend mandatory meetings; cross-train as directed.
