Job summary

Encanto Golf Course in Phoenix, AZ, part of Troon, seeks a Snack Bar Supervisor to lead a fast-paced food and beverage operation at a premier golf property. You will supervise service, support scheduling, manage inventory, and oversee POS transactions to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and prepared to work both in the snack bar and outdoor beverage cart environments, with training opportunities in social media content production and daily

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attends to guests promptly and personally.
• Prepares and serves food and beverages using grill, fryer, and flattop.
• Maintains organized and clean work area.
• Manages inventory and monitors products.
• Receives deliveries and ensures proper storage.
• Reports supply needs to the department manager.
• Handles cash and credit transactions.
• Ensures compliance with safety and liquor laws.
