NAVSTA Mayport in Florida seeks a qualified individual to oversee the day-to-day operation of food service at the Mayport Bowling Center and to support the Bingo Program within the Bowling Center.

The position emphasizes supervisory leadership, adherence to food safety standards, and effective coordination with staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service for naval personnel and visitors.

Qualificações

• Thorough knowledge of fast food operations, including quality of food and beverage preparation, presentation and storage.
• Ability to solve problems and influence others to obtain cooperation and assistance.
• Must have one year of supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of NAF funding to review and track monthly budget reports.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must present a neat and well-groomed appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operation of food service operations within the Mayport Bowling Center and in support of the Bingo Program located within the Bowling Center.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
