Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Snack Attendant for Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA. You will produce and serve concession items, including popcorn, while ensuring a safe and friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include accurate prep, portioning, labeling, and quality control. You will maintain inventory, assist with setup, and help meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment. Training and teamwork are emphasized, with weekly pay and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform fast-paced production tasks and maintain quality.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Produce, package, label, and prepare popcorn and other snacks per quality standards.
• Prepare food using correct measurements and procedures while following safety regulations.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Document and report production waste, damaged product, and inventory variances; assist with setup and readiness.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the production area; communicate shortages to leadership.
• Transport and distribute finished products to designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all policies.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Snack Attendants to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As a Snack Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.

Pay

$24.40 – $24.40 / hour

What will you do?

• Produce, package, label, and prepare popcorn and other in-house snack products in accordance with established quality, food safety, and production standards.
• Prepare food products using correct measurements, portions, and procedures while adhering to all sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document and report all production waste, damaged product, and inventory variances.
  Assist with machine setup, preparation, and operational readiness to support daily production goals.
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory levels within the production area, proactively communicating shortages or supply concerns to leadership.
• Transport and distribute finished snack products to designated locations for bagging, storage, or operational use.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitizing of production areas, equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Follow all company policies, food handling procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and operational objectives.

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, including entire shifts of up to 8 hours or more.
• Ability to remain stationary when required while performing production and packaging functions.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials and products weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined or restricted spaces as operational needs require.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments, depending on equipment operation and seasonal conditions.
• Ability to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards in a physically demanding work environment.
