Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Pantry Coordinators to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. You will wear many hats and handle multiple projects, delivering on–time results across events.

• Maintain organized pantries before, throughout, and at the close of each event.
• Supervise Suite runners on duty to ensure they are staying on task.
• Complete inventory at the closing of every month.
• Assist where needed on event and non-event days.

Pay

$21.80 – $21.80 / hour

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and deadlines, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages.

Physical requirements

• Able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
• Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish required reports.
• Manual dexterity sufficient for writing.
• Frequent bending and reaching
