Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle is hiring a part-time Snack Attendant. You will prepare and serve concession items and deliver an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced arena environment.

The role includes producing snacks, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with team members to meet production goals. Eligible employees receive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including training opportunities and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce, package, label, and prepare popcorn and other in-house snack products in accordance with established quality, food safety, and production standards.
• Prepare food products using correct measurements, portions, and procedures while adhering to all sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document and report all production waste, damaged product, and inventory variances.
• Assist with machine setup, preparation, and operational readiness to support daily production goals.
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory levels within the production area, proactively communicating shortages or supply concerns to leadership.
• Transport and distribute finished snack products to designated locations for bagging, storage, or operational use.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitizing of production areas, equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Follow all company policies, food handling procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and operational objectives.
