Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an SMT/PCB manufacturing technician to support SMT line programming, troubleshooting, and line setup. You will assist with DEK/Juki printer setup, SPI programming, and ASM-related tasks to improve yields and process stability.

The role covers laser marking, auto-loader/conveyor support, SMEMA tooling administration, and profiling of reflow ovens, selective soldering, and soldering processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in SMT programming/troubleshooting and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• SMT programming and troubleshooting; support ASM setup and printer setup.
• Laser marking/auto-loader/conveyor support.
• SMEMA support. Tooling and fixtures administrative support.
• Auto-insertion machine support.
• ERSA selective soldering programming, troubleshooting & setup, wave soldering setup support.
• Profiling support for presses, routers, washers and curing ovens.
• SRT BGA rework station and X-ray machine support.
