Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand schematics diagrams.
• 1-3 years experience with SMT equipment – set up, running, and troubleshooting.
• 1-3 years experience with simple testing of circuit boards.
• SMT programming desirable.

Responsibilities

• Program, Setup and Run surface mount and through hole equipment (screen printer, pick & place, re-flow oven).
• Troubleshoot machine set up and workmanship problems (process control).
• New Product Development liaison for electronics.
• Order fixtures.
• Program equipment and develop process parameters.
• Back up Team Leader in their absence.
• Follow all department and company standards.
