Job summary

PlayMate Enterprise is seeking an SMT Operator to manage the complete SMT process from setup through reflow. You will run and maintain SMT equipment, program jobs, and ensure quality while adhering to IPC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic component assembly and SMT operations.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and solder paste/stenciling.
• Ability to program SMT jobs and run full SMT processes with supervision.
• Capable of operating, maintaining SMT equipment (paste printer, pick and place, reflow).
• Proficient with Windows-based PC applications and basic office tools.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and quality-focused mindset.
