Seymour, CT facility seeks an SMT Operator (2nd Shift) to operate screen printer, paste inspection, pick and place, and reflow oven. You will work with group leader, setup person, and parts coordinator to run jobs accurately and safely.

Requirements include 0-5 years in SMT or related manufacturing, IPC 610 certification preferred, proficiency with Fuji-tracks, and ability to follow assembly instructions with attention to detail. Training and supervision of others may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• IPC 610 Certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Fuji-tracks software and feeders is required.
• Ability to read assembly instructions with high accuracy and moderate speed.

Responsabilités

• Operate screen printer, paste inspection, pick and place, and reflow oven.
• Coordinate with group leader, setup person, and parts coordinator to run jobs.
• Maintain attention to detail and work under time pressure.
• Assist with setup/tear down of equipment and training of others when needed.
• Ensure safety policies and cleanliness of work area are followed.
