Kitron Technologies in Windber, PA is seeking a detail-oriented assembler for second shift to read and follow work instructions, prepare materials, load feeders, and operate SMT equipment. The role emphasizes quality checks, record-keeping, and adherence to 5S practices.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to work independently, and be willing to work the 3:00 PM–1:30 AM shift. IPC-610-001 certification may be pursued after hire.

We are looking for a detail oriented person that is able read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures, collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process, label feeders to be loaded onto pick and place, load pick and place feeders following established procedures.

Ability to comprehend documentation such as customer drawings, bill of materials, datasheets, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Typical working conditions at Kitron are indoors, safe, well lit, temperature controlled, low exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors, clean and sanitary conditions with average light industrial noise. Production areas have machinery with moving parts. Static dissipative smock, and shoes are required. Offices with locking doors, meeting rooms, and common printing areas are well lit, clean, low noise, and temperature controlled with no exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors.
