Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance; adjust for efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues; escalate when needed.
• Complete production reports and document manufacturing activities.
• Follow IPC standards, procedures, and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist in maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues.

Position SummaryEmploynet is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated SMT Operator to join our manufacturing team. The SMT Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
