Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in electronics preferred.
• 5+ years operating and maintaining SMT equipment in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting.
• Ability to read technical docs, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of SMT Operators with training and feedback.
• Perform complex setups, changeovers, and programming on SMT machines.
• Operate and monitor pick-and-place, printers, and reflow ovens.
• Conduct first-article inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Troubleshoot SMT malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with ENG and QC to optimize SMT processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and comply with safety.
